Shipping & Returns
Most purchases ship via parcel service (UPS) within 5–7 business days from receipt of order. Certain custom and made-to-order merchandise will deliver to most destinations in the contiguous US within 12–14 weeks from receipt of order.
Shipping is calculated based on a combination of 1) size of individual product(s) added to your cart and 2) weight . Shipping costs can be seen at the Checkout page.
3 Day and Next Day Air services are available for US orders. All 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day rush orders received by 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in creating the highest quality product for you and your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unused and in the original packaging. If you are returning tableware, please carefully repack your item(s) to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
Furniture, Art and Custom Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that damage occurs in transit or defects are found in manufacturing, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
To return Bedding or Tabletop items, please follow the below procedures:
Contact customer service email@example.com to receive an RMA number.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
- Securely pack and seal the merchandise in the original or similar packaging.
